The new GDPR legislation is now in effect (from May 25th 2018) and we’ve spent several months getting ready for it.

We’ve updated SurveyMill to align us with new GDPR rules, giving you new reassurances about how your data’s used and better control over what we send you.

Updated terms, privacy policy and data processing agreement

We’ve updated the terms and conditions, privacy policy and data processing agreements for all our apps to reflect GDPR with much more useful detail about the data we collect and how we store and process it.

We’ve also improved the way we keep our records and publish our legal documents so it’s easier for us all to keep track of what we agreed to.

They apply now and, if you haven’t already accepted them, we’ll ask you to confirm you agree to them when you next log in to SurveyMill.

Opt-ins for our email marketing lists

We’d love to still be able to send you useful information, app updates, news and offers. Of course, it’s entirely up to you.

You’ll find a new communications preferences page in the settings on the app, so you can opt in and out whenever you like. Naturally, as an account owner, you’ll still get important updates and notifications either way.

We’ve done lots of other work in the background to change the way we store data – making it easier for us to look after your data and paving the way for some new features to help you do it, too.

You now have more control over who can do what in SurveyMill with new user management tools.
